Overview

Following the assessment for learning approach, this CD-ROM is an invaluable referencing tool for the whole of key stage 3.

Main Features

  • Identifying your pupils needs
The Assessment for Learning CD-ROM helps you to identify what your pupils don't know and where pupils need to re-learn science concepts and ideas. It provides you with levelling target sheets and clear references material so you and the pupil can recognise what level they are at and where they can find suitable materials to re-learn with.
  • Easy to Print and Adaptable documents
The levelling target sheets are easy to print off and are provided in Microsoft Word for flexibility, allowing you to set your own targets if you so wish. The sheets reference the QCA Scheme of Work and other Cambridge science publishing including Spectrum (www.cambridge.org/spectrum), Scientific Enquiry and Reviewing and Checking Progress so you can clearly identify re-learn material.
  • Following the assessment for learning approach
The CD-ROM contains multiple choice and SATs style questions that can be used to assess pupils. They are available in both Microsoft Word and Powerpoint format for easy editing.
