Please quote Cambridge-Hitachi when you do so. An email will be sent to you containing a web link which will allow you to download a new audio file. Save the audio file onto your computer. How do I load additional languages on to my TalkingPen?Your TalkingPen comes packaged with a USB cable. Use this to connect the Pen to your computer. After a few seconds, your computer will detect the Pen as a new removable disc drive. This can be found in ‘My Computer’. Right-click on this drive and select Open to see the existing audio files of your TalkingPen. To load a new language, simply copy here the corresponding TalkingPen audio file from your computer.There seems to be a problem with the TalkingPen when used with Not Again, Red Riding Hood! Can we fix it?Please download a replacement audio file from http://talkingpen.co.uk/download.php?fl=f08c13 and copy it on to your TalkingPen using the method detailed in the above question How do I load additional languages on to my TalkingPen?. The replacement audio file should overwrite the existing audio file of Not Again, Red Riding Hood!. |
